Beasley & Sons Bakery Wholesale Policy

Eligibility & Commitment

To qualify for wholesale pricing, clients must commit to a minimum three-month agreement with a required order value of at least $1,000 per month.

Ordering Process

Approved wholesale clients may place orders through our online wholesale portal.

Lead Time & Rush Orders

A minimum lead time of seven (7) days is required for all wholesale orders. Lead time may vary based on order size and product selection. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Custom Flavors & Special Requests

We offer custom flavors and exclusive recipe development upon request. Minimum quantity requirements and additional costs may apply.

Delivery & Pickup

• Local delivery is available within a 30-mile radius of Sacramento.

• Deliveries beyond 30 miles may incur additional fees.

• Clients may also opt for scheduled pickups at our kitchen in Fair Oaks, CA.

Sampling Policy

Prospective wholesale clients may order a sample box at a discounted rate before committing. A wholesale consultation can also be scheduled to discuss partnership opportunities. (Link to booking form)

Payment Terms

• Payments must be made in full before order fulfillment. We accept credit cards and ACH transfers.

• After successfully completing the three-month commitment with all payments made on time, we may extend net payment terms for future orders.

Private Labeling & Co-Branding

Private labeling services are available. Please contact us for details on branding options and associated costs.

Order Modifications

Wholesale orders may be modified with at least two (2) days’ notice. However, the $1,000 monthly minimum must still be met.

Cancellation Policy

After the initial three-month commitment, clients may cancel their wholesale agreement with at least thirty (30) days’ written notice.
