FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are the requirements to become a wholesale client?
We require a three-month commitment with a minimum order of $1,000 per month to qualify for our wholesale pricing.
How do I place a wholesale order?
Once approved as a wholesale client, you can place orders via our online wholesale portal.
What is your lead time for wholesale orders?
We require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for orders, depending on order size and product selection. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Do you offer custom flavors or special requests?
Yes! We can work with you to develop exclusive flavors or custom recipes for your business. Minimum quantity and additional cost requirements may apply.
What are your delivery or pickup options?
We offer local delivery within 30 miles of Sacramento and scheduled pickups from our kitchen in Fair Oaks, CA. Delivery fees may apply based on location outside of the 30 mile radius.
Can I sample your products before committing?
Yes! We offer wholesale sample boxes at a discounted rate so you can try our products before making a full commitment. Feel free order a sample box and schedule a wholesale consultation at this link: (Link to booking form – calendar)
How do payments work?
We accept credit cards and ACH transfers. Invoices must be paid in full before order fulfillment. After clients have met their 3 month commitment with all 3 payments on-time, we may extend net payment terms for future orders.
Do you offer private labeling or co-branding?
Yes! We can provide private labeling for your business. Contact us to discuss branding options and costs associated with.
What happens if I need to adjust my monthly order?
We allow modifications to your order with at least 2 days’ notice. However, the $1,000 minimum must still be met each month.
What if I need to cancel my wholesale agreement?
We require 30 days’ written notice if you need to cancel after the initial three-month commitment period.
