At Beasley & Sons Bakery, we take great pride in crafting high-quality baked goods for your special occasions. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following refund policy:

Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits made to secure an order are non-refundable. Deposits cover the cost of ingredients, preparation, and scheduling to ensure your order receives the attention it deserves.

No General Refunds

As our products are custom-made and perishable, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been fulfilled. However, our goal is to ensure our customers are satisfied with their experience.

Customer Satisfaction Commitment

If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will assess the situation and work with you to find a fair resolution. This may include:

• Offering a replacement product (subject to availability)
• Providing a partial credit for future orders
• Other solutions agreed upon to ensure mutual satisfaction

Order Modifications and Cancellations

• Modifications: Changes to an order must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery and in the instance of a wedding or large special event, 2 weeks before the scheduled pickup or delivery.
• Cancellations: Orders canceled after the deposit has been made will not be eligible for a refund.
