Mitch and Jennifer “JB” (mother/son owners)
Our grandpa, Jennifer’s dad, fondly known as “Pops,” was always in the kitchen, baking up a storm. His grandkids would gather around the counter, eagerly awaiting the first taste of a freshly baked scone, muffin, or cookie. Pops loved sharing his delectable creations with family and friends, often bringing baked goods to our Sunday dinners or sharing them with neighbors during visits.
Beasley & Sons began as a tribute to Pops using the cherished recipes he perfected over the years.
Among our favorites are his famous Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins, which hold a special place in the hearts and memories of all the grandkids at Pops’ kitchen counter. When Jennifer ventured into crafting a new recipe, the French Macarons, Pops, who had stopped baking due to illness, gifted her his professional mixer. With that mixer, she dedicated countless hours to perfecting her macaron recipes, mirroring Pops’ dedication to his scones, muffins, and cookies.
Our bakery is a testament to the work ethic, family love, and community spirit that Pops instilled in us.
We cherish participating in local events like farmers’ markets, allowing us to connect deeply with our community. We also take pride in being part of our customers’ milestones, from weddings to baby showers and birthdays.
