What area do you serve?
We serve all of Northern California and are happy to offer delivery of your desserts and cake to almost any Northern California destination safely and securely.
How far in advance should we order our wedding cake?
The sooner the better! We recommend placing your order as soon as the venue for your reception is secured. Typically, this means at least 6-12 months prior to your date. Our calendar fills up quickly and we limit the number of weddings we serve on each date to ensure personalized service for each engaged couple. Please check our calendar to ensure your date is available.
Do you offer cake tastings?
Yes, we offer a cake tasting to accompany your dessert consultation. Dessert tastings come as an add on to your cake tasting as well. The cost associated with tastings is applied as a credit to your order upon booking.
What wedding dessert options do you offer?
We offer a variety of wedding desserts, including custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies, bars and brownies, and more. Our dessert bars can include an array of treats like French macarons, mini tarts, brownies, and seasonal pastries, all designed to complement your wedding theme.
Do you offer gluten-free or other dietary options?
Yes! We are happy to accommodate gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, and other dietary restrictions. Just let us know what your guests need, and we’ll create a menu that everyone can enjoy. Please note our kitchen is exposed to allergens like tree nuts, milk, white, and eggs regularly. We cannot certify that our foods are gluten-free, vegan, or dairy-free but we are happy to make recipes that fit these categories with the understanding that there is a potential for exposure to allergens.
Can I customize the flavors and designs for my wedding cake?
Absolutely! We work closely with couples to create a custom cake that reflects your unique style and flavor preferences. From flavor combinations to intricate designs, we bring your vision to life.

Order Policies
Wedding Cake Terms and Conditions
At Beasley & Sons Bakery, we are committed to ensuring your wedding cake experience is seamless and delightful. A deposit of 50% secures your date on our calendar at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your wedding date.
We understand that plans can change, and we offer a flexible reschedule policy. All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date within one year of contract signing with reasonable advance notice given. Should a date transfer be needed, please contact us at your earliest opportunity to make arrangements.
